Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo preučevali vpliv pripravkov Utrisha®N in N-Balancer na količino pridelka in kakovost plodov jablane (Malus domestica Borkh.) sorte 'Zlati delišes'. Poskus smo izvedli v nasadu jablan sadjarske kmetije Križančič v Vitni vasi na Bizeljskem. V poskus smo vključili štiri obravnavanja: Utrisha®N (0,5 kg/ha), N-Balancer (5 l/ha), Utrisha®N + N-Balancer (0,5 kg/ha + 5 l/ha) in kontrolo, kjer drevesa niso bila tretirana z omenjenima pripravkoma. Ugotovili smo, da smo imeli v plodovih pri uporabi obeh pripravkov večjo vsebnost titracijskih kislin. Pripravek Utrisha®N je povečal delež plodov I. kakovosti. Pripravek N-Balancer je povečal dolžino enoletnih poganjkov. Pri obravnavanju N-Balancer sta bila masa ploda in delež topne suhe snovi značilno manjša kot pri kontroli zaradi velikega pridelka. Med obravnavanji ni bilo razlik v trdoti mesa plodov. Pripravka nista vplivala na parametre barve L*, a* in °h plodov. Zaradi zelo dobre letine in idealnih razmer za rast, bi bilo priporočljivo, da se poskus ponovi tudi v prihodnjih letih, v manj ugodnih razmerah.

Title:The effect of B- and Mo-based products and endophytic symbiotic bacteria on the reduction of shoot growth and fruit quality of apple cv. 'Golden Delicious'
Abstract:
In this master's thesis, we studied the influence of the preparations Utrisha®N and N-Balancer on the yield and fruit quality of the apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) variety 'Golden Delicious'. The experiment was conducted in the apple orchard of the Križančič fruit farm in Vitna vas, Bizeljsko. Four treatments were included: Utrisha®N (0.5 kg/ha), N-Balancer (5 l/ha), Utrisha®N + N-Balancer (0.5 kg/ha + 5 l/ha), and a control, where the trees were not treated with the aforementioned preparations. We found that the fruits had a higher content of titratable acids when using both preparations. Utrisha®N increased the proportion of first-quality fruits. N-Balancer increased the number of fruits per tree, yield per tree, and the length of one-year-old shoots. In the N-Balancer treatment, fruit mass and the proportion of soluble dry matter were significantly lower than in the control due to the large yield. There were no differences in fruit flesh firmness between treatments. The preparations did not affect the fruit color parameters L*, a*, and °h. Due to the very good vintage and ideal growth conditions, it is recommended to repeat the experiment in future years under less favorable conditions.
