Podzemna zgradba različnih tipov vrtač v Sloveniji : rezultati električne upornosti tomografije

Abstract
Vrtače so značilne kraške oblike, a njihova podzemna zgradba ostaja slabo poznana. Raziskava z uporabo tomografije električne upornosti (ERT) proučuje povezavo med površinsko morfologijo in podzemno zgradbo štirih tipov vrtač v Sloveniji. Opravili smo 24 ERT meritev na dvanajstih vrtačah v štirih območjih: Kras (skledaste), Ko­čevski Rog (vodnjakaste), Logaško-Begunjski ravnik (lijakaste) in Loški Potok (po­dolgovate vrtače). Za vsako vrtačo smo izmerili dva med seboj pravokotna profila. Rezultati kažejo heterogenost: po obliki podobne vrtače na istem območju imajo raz­lično zgradbo, medtem ko so si vrtače z različnih območij lahko podobne. Pri treh vrtačah smo pod dnom zaznali navpične in subhorizontalne cone nizkih do srednjih upornosti, ki verjetno nakazujejo jamske rove, ki so zapolnjeni s sedimentom, kar kaže na različno morfogenezo analiziranih vrtač. Površinska oblika vrtače ne odraža neposredno njene podzemne zgradbe. Lokalni geološki in geomorfološki dejavniki ter morfodinamični procesi so tisti, ki najbolj vplivajo na obliko vrtač.

Title:Subsurface structure of different doline types in Slovenia : results from electrical resistivity tomography
Abstract:
Dolines are characteristic karst landforms, yet their subsurface structure remains insuffi-ciently understood. This study applies electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) to examine the link between surface morphology and subsurface structure of four doline types in Slovenia. We conducted 24 ERT surveys on twelve dolines in four areas: Kras (bowl-shaped), Kočevski Rog (well-shaped), Logatec–Begunje plain (funnel-shaped), and Loški Potok (elongated dolines). Two perpendicular profiles were measured per doline. Results reveal heterogeneity: morphologically similar dolines within one area displayed different subsurface structures, while morphologically different dolines across areas showed simi-larities. Three dolines contained vertical and subhorizontal low- to intermediate-resis-tivity zones beneath their floors, which likely indicate cave passages filled with sediment, suggesting varied morphogenesis of the analysed dolines. Doline surface form does not directly reflect their subsurface structure; local geological and geomorphological factors and morphodynamic processes have the strongest influence on doline development.
