Las redes sociales son plataformas digitales que tienen millones de usuarios y en las que se emplea un léxico muy particular. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar el grado de adaptación al español de una serie de anglicismos vin­culados a las redes sociales y, tras ello, ver cuál de las dos versiones cuenta con una mayor base documental dentro de los textos publicados en España entre el 2020 y el 2025, según el CORPES XXI. Esto permitirá, entre otras cuestiones, definir y caracterizar el catálogo de textos que las contienen.

NASLOV: Anglicizem ali španščini prilagojena oblika? Pogled na besedišče družbenih omrežij skozi korpus CORPES XXI\IZVLEČEK: Družbena omrežja so digitalne platforme z milijoni uporabnikov, kar ključno vpliva na razvoj specifičnega besedišča. Namen pričujoče raziskave je preučiti, do katere stopnje se posamezni anglicizmi, povezani z družbenimi omrežji, prilagodijo španskemu jeziku, ter ugotoviti, katera različica – izvirna ali pri­lagojena – ima večjo dokumentirano podlago v besedilih, zbranih v korpusu CORPES XXI (objavljenih v Španiji med letoma 2020 in 2025). • Title: Anglicism or adapted form in Spanish? : A look at the lexicon of social networks through CORPES XXI

Abstract

Social networks are digital platforms with millions of users and a highly dis­tinctive lexicon. The aim of this paper is to analyse the degree of adaptation into Spanish of a set of anglicisms related to social networks and, subsequent­ly, to determine which of the two forms – original or adapted – has a stronger documentary presence in texts published in Spain between 2020 and 2025, ac­cording to CORPES XXI. This analysis will also help define and characterize the corpus of texts in which these forms appear.
