Abstract
Opravili so analizo izobraževalnih dejavnosti na Krajevni enoti Železniki in na Območni enoti Kranj ter ugotovili, da je na Krajevni enoti Železniki nadpovprečno število izobraževanj za lastnike gozdov, glede na povprečje Območne enote Kranj. Na število izobraževanj vplivajo javno politični dejavniki, zunanje okolje, organizacijski ter osebni dejavniki zaposlenih. V nadaljevanju so anketirali predstavnike Krajevne enote Železniki, Območne enote Kranj in Centralne enote Ljubljana, da bi ugotovili, kako ti dejavniki vplivajo na obseg izobraževanja. Ugotovili so, da je obseg izobraževanja odvisen od organizacijskih dejavnikov, zaradi zagotavljanja virov, od zunanjega okolja, ki izraža potrebe po izobraževanjih ter od osebnih dejavnikov zaposlenih. Javno politični dejavniki nimajo pomembnega vpliva.

Abstract:
The analysis about educational activities which has been made in the ŽeleznikiLocal Unit and the Kranj Regional Unit shows that the number of trainings for the forest owners in the Železniki Local Unit is above average by comparison with the number in the Kranj Regional Unit. The number of educational activities is affected by public and political factors, external environment, and organizational and personal factors of the employees. The representatives of the Železniki Local Unit, the Kranj Regional Unit and the Ljubljana Central Unit were also surveyed in order to find out what influence these factors have on the scope of education. The survey revealed that the scope of education depends on the organizational factors which provide sources, on the external environment where education is necessary, and on thepersonal factors of the employees. Public and political facors don't have any important influence.
