Vpliv gostotnega profila in sorpcijskih karakteristik na krivljenje MDF plošč : diplomsko delo (visokošolski strokovni študij)

Ugotavljali smo kako in v kolikšni meri vplivajo na krivljenje plošč vlažnostni profil, gostotni profil, dimenzijska stabilnost in mehanske lastnosti posameznih slojev, če z enostranskim odvzemom materiala porušimo simetrijo plošče. MDF ploščo debeline 30mm smo testirali kot celoto ter po posameznih slojih; v ta namen smo jo na tračni žagi razrezali na 5 enako debelih slojev. Ugotovili smo, da vse testirane lastnosti variirajo po debelini plošče. Gostota zunanjih slojev je višja od gostote v srednjem, vlažnost na površini plošče nižja kot v sredini, mehanske lastnosti v zunanjih slojih pa znatno boljše od lastnosti srednjega. Ugotovili smo močno korelacijo med vsemi testiranimi lastnostmi; iz tega lahko sklepamo, da le-te vzajemno vplivajo na krivljenje, v kolikor porušimo simetrijo plošče.

Abstract

The influences of moisture content profile, density profile, dimensional stability and mechanical properties of individual layers in MDF board were defined, if the symmetry of the board was ruined due to one-sided cutting. 30mm MDF board was used and tested as a whole board, as well as sawn into 5 equally thick layers. It was found out that all the tested parameters vary along the board thickness. The density of the outer layers of the board is higher than that in its core, humidity of the outer layers lower than in its core, and the mechanical properties of the outer layers significantly better than those of the core. A strong correlation among all the tested properties was established. As regard that correlation it is safe to say that bending of the board is a consequence of all the tested parameters combined, if the symmetry of the board is ruined due to one-sided cutting.
