Idejna zasnova trajnostnega centra v Preddvoru

V magistrski nalogi je predstavljena idejna zasnova trajnostnega centra v Preddvoru. V naselju se je v zadnjih letih povečalo število prebivalcev, vendar se poleg gradnje pretežno individualnih stavb ni osredotočalo na program, ki bi imel povezovalno vlogo lokalne skupnosti in omogočal trajnosti razvoj naselja. Ideja trajnostnega centra temelji na programih, ki bi prebivalcev nudil priložnosti za zagon lokalnih zagonskih podjetji, omogočal prostore za kulturno, obrtniško in umetniško udejstvovanje v obliki najemnih prostorov v souporabi in individualni rabi. Z izposojevalnico in popravljalnico bi trajnostni center vzpodbujal krožno gospodarstvo, ter postal novo središče naselja in imel povezovalno vlogo z bližnjimi naselji in drugimi občinami v regiji.

• Title: Conceptual design of a sustainability centre in Preddvor

Abstract

In the master's thesis, the conceptual design of a sustainability center in Preddvor is presented. In recent years, the population of the settlement has increased, but aside from the construction of predominantly individual buildings, there has been little focus on programs that would foster a sense of community and enable the sustainable development of the settlement. The idea of the sustainability center is based on programs that would offer residents opportunities to launch local startups, provide spaces for cultural, craft, and artistic activities in the form of shared and individual rental spaces. With a library of things and a repair workshop, the sustainability center would promote a circular economy, becoming a new hub for the settlement while making connections with nearby villages and other municipalities in the region.
