Idejna zasnova revitalizacije območja zapuščene tovarne Ipoz v Trbovljah

Magistrsko delo se ukvarja s problematiko zapuščenih objektov v Trbovljah in se osredotoči na eno od teh lokacij, zapuščeno tovarno Ipoz. Teoretični-analitični del naloge analizira širše območje lokacije ter valorizira obstoječi objekt. Urbanistično je lokacija v pretežno stanovanjskem okolju in bližine doma upokojencev. Naloga v lokaciji ter v objektu prepozna potencial ureditve novih stanovanj ter revitalizacijo okolice. Po analizi obstoječih objektov, se je pokazala kot optimalna rešitev odstranitev dela objekta ter ohranitev in rekonstrukcija glavnega, starejšega dela objekta. Ohranil se je predvsem armiranobetonski skelet ter strešna jeklena konstrukcija, kar omogoča fleksibilnost pri zasnovi novega programa. Naloga predvidi revitalizacijo celotnega območja in povezavo območja z okoliškimi objekti z umestitvijo nove povezave ter novega programa kot so otroško igrišče in fitnes na prostem. Glavni koncept zasnove je ozelenitev območja in prenos zelenja v sam objekt. Sama razporeditev programa v objektu se odziva na specifične lastnosti obstoječega objekta, ki je razdeljen na dva volumna z različnimi višinami in nivoji. V novi zasnovi objekta so poudrajeni skupnostni prostori v pritličju in skupne komunikacije čez celotno višino objekta, ki združujejo skupnostna stanovanja in zasebna stanovanja in tako spodbujajo k interakciji in medgeneracijskim druženju. Naloga predvidi skupnostna stanovanja za starejše, skupnostna stanovanja za različne generacije ter zasebna stanovanja različnih tipov, ki pa so zasnovana tako, da so možne prilagodtve velikosti stanovanj.

• Title: Conceptual design of revitalization of abandoned area around Ipoz facory in Trbovlje

Abstract

This master’s thesis addresses the issue of abandoned buildings in Trbovlje, focusing on the abandoned Ipoz factory. The theoretical and analytical part of the thesis examines the broader context of the location and evaluates the existing structure. Urbanistically, the site is situated in a predominantly residential area, in close proximity to a retirement home. The thesis identifies the potential of the location and the building for the development of new housing and the revitalization of the surrounding area. Following the analysis of the existing structures, the optimal solution was found to be the partial demolition of the building, while preserving and reconstructing the main, older part of the structure. The preserved elements include primarily the reinforced concrete skeleton and the steel roof structure, which allow flexibility in designing the new program. The proposal includes a complete revitalization of the area, establishing new connections to the surrounding buildings and the design of new outdoor areas such as a children’s playground and an outdoor gym. The main design concept is the greening of the area and integrating greenery into the building itself. The spatial organization of the program responds to the specific characteristics of the existing structure, which is divided into two volumes of different heights and levels. The new design emphasizes community spaces on the ground floor and shared vertical circulation areas that connect communal and private housing units, encouraging interaction and intergenerational socializing. The project envisions co-living for the elderly, co-living for various generations, and private apartments of different types, all designed to allow flexible reconfiguration of apartment sizes.
