Abstract
Prenosne koordinatne merilne roke imajo pomembno vlogo v sodobni merilni tehnologiji, saj omogočajo zajem geometrijskih podatkov neposredno v delovnem okolju. V okviru zaključne naloge smo preučili delovanje starejše merilne roke ter razvili program, ki omogoča izračun osnovnih geometrijskih toleranc in njihovo vizualizacijo. Na testnem kosu smo analizirali ploskost, krožnost in obliko valja, natančnost merilne naprave pa smo dodatno preverili z merjenjem na referenčni krogli. Ugotovili smo, da je ob ustreznem preverjanju natančnosti tudi starejše merilne naprave mogoče smiselno vključiti v sodobne meroslovne procese.

Title:Setup of a portable CMM Arm for geometrical product specification analysis
Abstract:
Portable coordinate measuring arms play an important role in modern measurement technology, as they enable the acquisition of geometric data directly in the working environment. In the scope of this thesis, we examined the operation of an older measuring arm and developed a program that enables the calculation of basic geometric tolerances and their visualization. On a test piece, we analyzed flatness, roundness, and the shape of a cylinder, and we additionally verified the accuracy of the measuring device by performing measurements on a reference sphere. We found that, with appropriate accuracy verification, even older measuring devices can be meaningfully integrated into modern metrology processes.
