Dozirna miza za bale

V diplomski nalogi skušamo rešiti problem ročnega razmetavanja okroglih bal sena in silaže, ki je časovno zamudno in fizično zahtevno. Po pregledu in analizi izdelkov na trgu smo se lotili konstruiranja in izdelave ekonomične dozirne mize z razmetovalnim rotorjem na elektromotor, ki balo razkosa in enakomerno dozira ter nam prihrani fizični napor in do 20 minut časa dnevno. Testiranja so pokazala, da miza brez težav razkosa seneno ali silažno balo premera 160 cm in izpolnjuje vse zahteve, ki smo si jih zastavili.

Abstract

In our thesis, we aim to solve the problem of manually spreading round bales of hay and silage, which is time-consuming and physically demanding. After reviewing and analyzing the products available on the market, we proceeded with the design and manufacturing of an economical dosing table with a rotor-driven by an electric motor, which cuts the bale and distributes it evenly, saving us physical effort and up to 20 minutes of time per day. Testing has shown that the table can easily cut a hay or silage bale with a diameter of 160 cm and meets all the requirements we set for ourselves.
