Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem s pomočjo diferenčne dinamične kalorimetrije (DSC) primerjala termične lastnosti sulfapiridina pri različnih merilnih pogojih in dvema načinoma merjenja: kompenzacijo moči in toplotnim tokom. Glavni poudarek je bil na primerjavi med dvema instrumentoma; starejšim Mettler Toledo DSC1, ki meri po principu toplotnega toka (HF), ter novim Mettler Toledo DSC5+, ki poleg toplotnega toka (HF) omogoča merjenje tudi s kompenzacijo moči (PC).

Title:Comparison of DSC Determination of Sulfapyridine Polymorphism Using Two Measurement Methods: Power Compensation and Heat Flow
Abstract:
In my thesis, I used differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to compare the thermal properties of sulfapyridine under different measurement conditions and with two measurement methods: power compensation and heat flow. The main focus was on comparing two instruments: the older Mettler Toledo DSC1, which operates according to the heat flow (HF) principle, and the newer Mettler Toledo DSC5+, which, in addition to heat flow (HF), also allows measurement with power compensation (PC).
