Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno dinamično modeliranje kompaktne naprave HVAC, ki združuje ogrevanje, prezračevanje in pripravo tople sanitarne vode v enoten sistem. Namen raziskave je bil izdelati matematični in numerični model, ki na osnovi dinamičnega modeliranja omogoča izračun urnih vrednosti toplotnega toka ter spremljanje energijske učinkovitosti naprave skozi celotno leto delovanja. Model je bil zasnovan z uporabo vhodnih meteoroloških podatkov Agencije RS za okolje (ARSO) in dinamičnega modela testne stavbe, izdelanega v programu ESBO, s katerim smo pridobili urne vrednosti toplotnih tokov. Na osnovi teh podatkov so bili izdelani fizikalni in numerični modeli posameznih komponent naprave. Na osnovi pridobljenih rezultatov so bili izvedeni izračuni energijske bilance naprave za različne obratovalne pogoje in ocenjena skupna letna raba energije. Razvito računsko orodje omogoča oceno energijske učinkovitosti stavbe z integrirano kompaktno napravo, kar prispeva k optimizaciji tehničnih stavbnih sistemov in zmanjšanju rabe energije.

Title:Dynamic model of a compact device for ventilation and heating of buildings
Abstract:
In this thesis, the dynamic modeling of a compact HVAC unit is presented. The unit integrates heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water preparation into a single system. The aim of the research was to develop a mathematical and numerical model that, based on dynamic modeling, enables the calculation of hourly heat flux values and the monitoring of the device’s energy performance throughout the entire year of operation. The model was developed using meteorological input data from the Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO) and a dynamic model of a test building created in the ESBO software, which provided hourly heat flux values. Based on these data, physical and numerical models of the individual components of the device were developed. Using the obtained results, energy balance calculations of the device were performed for various operating conditions, and the total annual energy consumption was evaluated. The developed computational tool enables the assessment of a building’s energy efficiency equipped with an integrated compact unit, thereby contributing to the optimization of technical building systems and the reduction of energy consumption.
