Abstract
V tej fazi sem razvil sodobno, barvito in igrivo rešitev stojala, ki s svojo obliko, materiali in prilagojenostjo otroškemu okolju predstavlja alternativo klasičnim medicinskim stojalom. Poleg izboljšane uporabniške izkušnje projekt vključuje tudi premislek o možnosti trajnostne izdelave in lokalne proizvodnje.

Title:Designing intravenous stand for children
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the design of an IV stand adapted for use with children in a hospital setting. In the analytical part, I investigated existing IV stand solutions, their historical development, the product market and the technical and functional requirements. Special emphasis was also given to the psychological aspect of children's well-being in healthcare settings and the impact of medical equipment design on their well-being. Through the analysis of good practices, user interviews and observation, I gained key insights that served as a starting point for the project phase. In this phase I developed a modern, colourful and playful stand solution that, with its design, materials and adaptability to the children's environment, offers an alternative to traditional medical stands. In addition to an improved user experience, the project also includes a reflection on the possibility of sustainable manufacturing and local production.
