The thesis explores the process of designing the interior of kit cars. I analized the possible users and their prefrences, whilst also analizing all the drivers receptors and feedback they get whilst driving. I specified the possible materials and their propraties and procasses for making molds and final products out of them. At the end of the analysis I decided to focus on the problem of how information is given to the driver and how the driver controls the vheicle itself. That is how I ended up with a add-on that can be implmented in kit cars from the factory or added to the car later in its life span by the buyer. The materials i decided to use are composits of carbon fiber and glass fibers, which in term give the product structual rigidity and lightness, while offering a more sporty and exotic looking surface finish.
