Nadgradnja gozdarskega vitla in traktorja na daljinsko upravljanje

Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena nadgradnja traktorja Torpedo TD 5506 A in gozdarskega vitla, s katero smo obstoječo mehansko zasnovo prilagodili sodobnim zahtevam in povečali funkcionalnost pri delu v gozdu. Namen nadgradnje je bil omogočiti daljinsko upravljanje osnovnih funkcij vitla in traktorja ter s tem izboljšati varnost, ergonomijo in učinkovitost dela. Rešitev temelji na uporabi pnevmatskih aktuatorjev, elektro-pnevmatskih ventilov, mikrokrmilnika Arduino, koračnega motorja, relejnih vezij in radijskega upravljalnika. Metodologija izvedbe je vključevala analizo obstoječega sistema, načrtovanje pnevmatskih in električnih vezij, razvoj krmilnih modulov, programiranje mikrokrmilnika ter izvedbo in preizkus delovanja celotnega sistema. Rezultati so pokazali, da je nadgradnja zanesljivo delovala v vseh preizkusnih pogojih in omogočila enostavno ter natančno upravljanje vitla. Sistem se je izkazal kot stroškovno učinkovit, robusten in prilagodljiv za uporabo tudi pri drugih gozdarskih priključkih. Nadgradnja tako predstavlja uspešen primer povezovanja mehanskih, pnevmatskih in elektronskih elementov v celovit mehatronični sistem.

Title:Upgrade of the forestry winch and tractor to remote control
Abstract:
The thesis presents the upgrade of a Torpedo TD 5506 A tractor and a forestry winch, in which the existing mechanical system was adapted to modern operational and safety requirements. The main goal of the upgrade was to enable remote control of the winch and tractor functions, thereby improving safety, ergonomics, and overall work efficiency. The developed solution is based on the integration of pneumatic actuators, electro-pneumatic valves, an Arduino microcontroller, a stepper motor, relay circuits, and a radio controller. The applied methodology included analysis of the existing system, design of pneumatic and electrical circuits, development of control modules, microcontroller programming, and testing of the complete setup. The results demonstrated reliable operation under all test conditions, ensuring precise and user-friendly control of the winch. The system proved to be cost-effective, robust, and adaptable for use with other forestry attachments. The presented upgrade represents a successful integration of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic components into a unified mechatronic system.
