Izdelava uporabniškega vmesnika za aplikacijo v primeru naravnih nesreč

Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je bilo ustvariti prototip vmesnika mobilne aplikacije za obvladovanje naravnih nesreč SIGO. Raziskali smo podobne aplikacije, portale in spletne strani ter naredili pregled mnenj uporabnikov tovrstnih rešitev. Za boljše razumevanje slovenskega trga smo ustvarili anketo, v kateri je sodelovalo 141 ljudi in s tem pridobili vpogled v njihove potrebe in pričakovanja. S pridobljenim razumevanjem potrebnega nabora funkcionalnosti in pogostih frustracij uporabnikov v času kriznih dogodkov smo lahko ustvarili primerno uporabniško pot in informacijsko arhitekturo aplikacije. Za oblikovanje žičnih modelov in končnega prototipa je bilo uporabljeno orodje Figma. Interaktivni prototip smo vrednotili z 10 uporabniki s pomočjo izvajanja scenarijev ter izpolnjevanja standardiziranih vprašalnikov SUS in UEQ. Glede na povratne informacije, rezultate vprašalnikov ter uspešnost reševanja nalog smo prototip iterativno izboljševali. Rezultat je prototip aplikacije SIGO visoke ločljivosti, ki združuje ključne funkcionalnosti, katere so v ocenah obstoječih aplikacij ter anketi označene kot potrebne ali pogrešane. To so na primer lokacijsko prilagojena obvestila, zemljevid dogodkov v živo, urejen seznam zadnjih dogodkov, možnost pošiljanja sporočil in nastavite statusa varnosti ter izobraževalni modul za predpripravo na nesreče. Vrednotenje prototipa vmesnika je pokazalo, da je uporabnikom končna verzija prototipa intuitivna, jasna ter enostavna za uporabo, hkrati pa jim vzbuja občutek varnosti ter večje pripravljenosti na krizne dogodke v prihodnosti.

Title:Development of user interface for natural disaster management application
Abstract:
The purpose of the master's thesis was to design a prototype interface for the SIGO mobile application for disaster management. We began with an overview of similar applications, portals and websites and reviewed user opinions on these solutions. To gain a deeper understanding of the Slovenian market, we conducted a survey with 141 participants, which provided valuable insights into their needs and expectations. With these insights in mind we used Figma to design the wireframes and prototype of our application. 10 users tested the high-fidelity interactive prototype by completing different scenarios. We measured task success rates, their behavior and gathered their feedback through SUS and UEQ questionnaires. Based on this data, we iteratively improved the prototype design details and user paths. The result is a high-fidelity prototype of the SIGO application, which integrates key functionalities identified as necessary or lacking in reviews of existing applications and in the survey. These include location-based alerts, a live event map, an organised list of recent events, the ability to send messages and set safety status, and an educational module for disaster preparedness. The evaluation of the interface prototype demonstrated that users found the final version intuitive, clear, and easy to use, while also having a sense of safety and improved readiness for future crisis events.
