Idejna zasnova inovacijskega in razvojnega središča Brdo v Ljubljani

Tema magistrske naloge je projektiranje inovacijskega središča v Brdu v Ljubljani in alternativna urbanistična zasnova inovacijske cone na tem območju. Projekt obravnava pomen inovacijske infrastrukture za razvoj urbanega okolja in uporabo novih principov arhitekture, s pomočjo katerih se vzpostavi kreativno okolje. V nalogi se obravnava potencial izbrane lokacije za vzpostavitev nove inovacijske cone, ki bo vsebinsko in fizično povezovala ter dopolnjevala obstoječe akterje širšega območja: gospodarski subjekt (tehnološki park), izobraževalne institucije ter zaledje Brda. Urbanistična zasnova novih objektov lokacijo vpne v obstoječo strukturo urabanega tkiva. Vzpostavi se peš povezava med zaledjem Brda in fakultetami, ki poteka čez lokacijo in omogoči, da slednja postane oživljeno urbano vozlišče. Inovacijska cona bo vsebovala poslovni program, raziskovalne, izobraževalne vsebine, rekreacijska območja in bivalne enote.

• Title: Conceptual design of the Innovation and Development Center Brdo in Ljubljana

Abstract

The topic of the master’s thesis is the design of an innovation center in Brdo, Ljubljana, and an alternative urban design of an innovation zone in this area. The project addresses the importance of innovation infrastructure for the development of the urban environment and the use of new principles of architecture, which help to establish a creative environment. The thesis discusses the potential of the selected location for establishing a new innovation zone, which will substantively and physically connect and complement existing actors in the wider area: a business entity (technology park), educational institutions and the Brdo hinterland. The urban design of the new facilities integrates the location into the existing structure of the urban fabric. A pedestrian connection is established between the Brdo hinterland and the faculties, which runs through the location and enables the latter to become a revitalized urban hub. The innovation zone will contain a business program, research and educational content, recreational areas and residential units.
