Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava razvoj spletnega informacijskega sistema za upravljanje CNC orodij v manjšem proizvodnem podjetju. Sistem nadomešča neučinkovito ročno vodenje evidenc s sodobno digitalno rešitvijo, ki omogoča sledenje zalogam v realnem času, evidentiranje poškodb in izgub ter generiranje analitičnih poročil. Aplikacija je zgrajena po principih čiste arhitekture z uporabo tehnologij .NET 8, Blazor Server in Entity Framework Core. Implementiran je večnivojski sistem dostopa s tremi vlogami (delavec, nadzornik, administrator), kjer vsaka vloga omogoča specifične funkcionalnosti. Posebna pozornost je namenjena uporabniški izkušnji, vključno s skeniranjem QR in črtnih kod za hitrejši vnos podatkov. Dvotedensko testiranje v proizvodnem okolju je pokazalo stabilnost in praktično uporabnost sistema. Aplikacija uspešno rešuje ključne izzive upravljanja orodij, zmanjšuje možnosti napak in omogoča boljši nadzor nad stroški. Razvita rešitev predstavlja primer, kako lahko z ustrezno tehnologijo bistveno izboljšamo učinkovitost proizvodnih procesov v manjših podjetjih.

Title:Development of a tool management information system
Abstract:
This thesis presents the development of a web-based information system for managing CNC tools in a small manufacturing company. The system replaces inefficient manual record-keeping with a modern digital solution that enables real-time inventory tracking, damage and loss recording, and analytical report generation. The application is built following clean architecture principles using .NET 8, Blazor Server, and Entity Framework Core technologies. A multi-level access system with three roles (worker, supervisor, administrator) is implemented, each providing specific functionalities. Special attention is given to user experience, including QR and barcode scanning for faster data entry. Two-week testing in a production environment demonstrated the system's stability and practical usability. The application successfully addresses key tool management challenges, reduces error possibilities, and enables better cost control. The developed solution serves as an example of how appropriate technology can significantly improve production process efficiency in smaller enterprises.
