Primeri podob destruktivne ženskosti v izbrani južnoslovanski prozi z začetka 20. stoletja

Diplomsko delo obravnava tri izbrana dela iz južnoslovanskega prostora, Nečisto kri Borisava Stankovića (1910), Anikine čase Iva Andrića (1935) in Gospo Judit Ivana Cankarja (1904). Na kratko predstavi teoretska dela Sandre Gilbert in Susan Gubar (The Madwoman in the Attic) in Laure Mulvey (Visual Pleasures and Narrative Cinema) ter zgodovinskega pregleda razvoja kapitalistične delovne discipline in demonizacije ženske seksualnosti (Silvia Federici: Kaliban in čarovnica), ki jih uporabi za analizo delovanja treh ženskih likov, ki odstopajo od družbenih pričakovanj in s tem za patriarhalno skupnost delujejo destruktivno. Predstavi tudi zgodovinski kontekst časa, ki ga obravnavajo izbrana dela, in se osredotoča na spremembe, ki so družbo ideološko izoblikovale in utrdile njene patriarhalne vrednote.

• Title: Examples of Images of Destructive Femininity in Selected South Slavic Fiction from the Early 20th Century

Abstract

The diploma thesis examines three selected works from the South Slavic region, Impure Blood by Borisav Stanković (1910), Anika's Times by Ivo Andrić (1935) and Madame Judit by Ivan Cankar (1904). It briefly presents the theoretical works of Sandra Gilbert and Susan Gubar (The Madwoman in the Attic), Laura Mulvey (Visual Pleasures and Narrative Cinema) and a historical overview of the development of capitalist work discipline and the demonization of female sexuality (Silvia Federici: Caliban and the Witch), which it uses to analyze the actions of three female characters who deviate from social expectations and thus act destructively for the patriarchal community. It also presents the historical context of the time covered by the selected works and focuses on the changes that ideologically shaped society and consolidated its patriarchal values.
