Abstract
Ljudje se z medgeneracijskim sodelovanjem srečujemo skoraj vsak dan, in sicer znotraj družine, a tudi na delovnem mestu. Sodelovanje je lahko izziv, saj ima vsaka generacija različne značilnosti in vrednote, kar pa ne pomeni, da se te nanašajo na vse posameznike znotraj generacije. Cilj magistrskega dela je predstaviti medgeneracijsko sodelovanje v podjetju X, s katerimi izzivi se srečuje pri sodelovanju več generacij ter kako bi lahko še izboljšali sodelovanje. V teoretičnem delu pregledam značilnosti posamezne generacije. Nato predstavim medgeneracijsko sodelovanje v okviru podjetij in kakšne programe lahko podjetje uporabi za boljše sodelovanje, kot so mentorstvo, coaching, medgeneracijski management in druge metode. V empiričnem delu predstavim rezultate raziskave, in sicer intervjuje zaposlenih v podjetju X o tem, kako poteka medgeneracijsko sodelovanje v izbranem podjetju in kako poteka prenos znanja med različnimi generacijami. Rezultati kažejo, da je v podjetju sodelovanje med generacijami prisotno, vendar se še vedno srečujejo z določenimi izzivi, ki jih tovrstno sodelovanje prinaša. V podjetju spodbujajo medgeneracijsko sodelovanje, vendar si zaposleni želijo še več različnih programov, ki bi omogočali boljši prenos znanja in bi pripomogli k še boljšemu sodelovanju.

Title:Intergenerational cooperation in a pharmaceutical company
Abstract:
People encounter intergenerational cooperation almost every day, both within the family and in the workplace. Intergenerational collaboration can be challenging as each generation has different characteristics and values that are specific to each generation, but this does not mean that these apply to all individuals within a generation. The aim of this Master's thesis is to present intergenerational collaboration in company X, the challenges they face when working together across generations and how they could further improve intergenerational collaboration. In the theoretical part, we look at the different generations and what characterises them. We then present intergenerational cooperation in the context of companies and what programs a company can use to improve cooperation, such as mentoring, coaching, intergenerational management. In the empirical part, we present the results of our research, which was carried out by interviewing employees of company X, namely how intergenerational cooperation takes place in the selected company and how knowledge is transferred between the different generations. The results show that intergenerational cooperation is present in the company, but still faces some challenges. The company promotes intergenerational cooperation, but employees would like to see more and different programs that would allow for better knowledge transfer and would help to improve cooperation even more.
