Abstract
V diplomski nalogi so obravnavane mehanske in fizikalne lastnosti cementnih kompozitov. Zanimala nas je njihova primernost za uporabo v zunanjih kuriščih kot obloga. Pripravili smo štiri različne mešanice cementnih kompozitov, iz katerih smo naredili vzorce v obliki prizem. Mešanice so se med seboj razlikovale po uporabljenih sestavinah. Medtem, ko je vodocementno razmerje v vseh mešanicah ostalo enako, so bile mešanice različne kombinacije portlandskega cementa, dolomitnega agregata, ekspandirane gline ter aluminatnega cementa. Sprva so bile na svežih mešanicah opravljene meritve razleza, prostorninske mase ter poroznosti. Z namenom primerjave mehanskih ter fizikalnih lastnosti pri sobni in povišani temperaturi, smo po 28 dneh opravili meritve tlačne in upogibne natezne trdnosti pri sobni temperaturi ter pri 200 °C. Poleg tega smo preverili tudi zmrzlinsko odpornost cementnih kompozitov

Title:Mechanical and physical properties of cement composites suitable for outdoor fireplaces : graduation thesis
Abstract:
This thesis discusses the mechanical and physical properties of cement composites. We were interested in their suitability for use in outdoor fireplaces as lining. We prepared four different cementitious composite mixtures, from which we created samples in the form of prism. The mixtures differed from each other in the components used. While the water to cement ratio remained the same in all mixtures, the mixtures were different combinations of Portland cement, dolomitic aggregate, expanded clay and aluminate cement. Initially, measurements of slump, bulk density and porosity were performed on the fresh mixtures. In order to compare the mechanical and physical properties at room and elevated temperatures, after 28 days, measurements of compressive and tensile strength at room and at 200 °C, were performed. Additionally, we tested the frost resistance of the cementitious composites.
