Abstract
Fotonapetostni sistemi so postali pomemben vir obnovljive energije v Sloveniji, vendar njihova namestitev povečuje požarna tveganja. Namen naloge smo obravnavali požarno varnost fotonapetostnih sistemov na slovenskih kmetijah ter preverili, ali priporočila stroke in zakonodaja v zadostni meri pokrivajo požarno varnost. Raziskava je temeljila na pregledu požarnih poročil iz Sistema za poročanje o intervencijah in nesrečah (SPIN) od leta 2015 do 2024 ter analizi zakonodaje in drugih priporočil stroke. Ugotovili smo, da se je v tem obdobju zgodilo 15 požarov na objektih s fotonapetostnimi sistemi, od tega trije na kmetijskih objektih. Samo za en požar smo ugotovili, da je kriv fotonapetostni sistem. Na podlagi analize je bilo ugotovljeno, da zakonodaja in smernice v zadostni meri pokrivajo požarno varnost, vendar je potrebno tem smernicam slediti in jih upoštevati ob namestitvi sistema. Nekatere smernice so že zastarele in potrebujejo posodobitev. Podali smo tudi ključne ukrepe za zmanjšanje požarnega tveganja, kot so redni in temeljiti pregledi, namestitev detektorjev za električne obloke in odkrivanje zgodnjih požarov ter dodatna požarna zaščita strehe.

Title:Fire safety of photovoltaic systems on Slovenian farms : B. Sc. thesis
Abstract:
Photovoltaic systems have become a significant source of renewable energy in Slovenia, but their installation over time increases fire risks. The purpose of this thesis is to address the fire safety of photovoltaic systems on Slovenian farms and review guidelines and legislation to see if they sufficiently cover the fire safety. The research was based on review of fire reports from System of reporting interventions and accidents (SPIN) between 2015 and 2024 and on analysis of the guidelines and legislation. It was found that 15 fires occurred at facilities with photovoltaic systems during this period, three of which were on agricultural facilities. For one of these fires, the cause was the photovoltaic system. The analysis showed that legislation and guidelines sufficiently cover fire safety, but it is essential that they are consistently followed at the installation of the system. Some guidelines are already outdated and need updating. Key measures to reduce fire risk are also presented, such as regular and thorough inspections, the installation of arc fault detectors and additional fire protection of the roof.
