Abstract
Mikroobdelave s kratkimi laserskimi pulzi omogočajo natančno in učinkovito obdelavo različnih materialov. S pravilnim pristopom je mogoče generirati pulze ob poljubnih časih, s čimer se da kompenzirati pomanjkljivosti skenirnih sistemov. V tem delu je obravnavan koncept laserja s pulzi na zahtevo za mikroobdelave, pri čemer sta bila uporabljena dva laserska vira, s katerima je mogoče generirati pulze na zahtevo kratkih trajanj, pri čemer se poslužujemo direktnega krmiljenja vira laserskih pulzov. Eden od njiju je zasnovan v trdninski konfiguraciji, pri tem pa so pulzi generirani s tehniko preklopa ojačenja. Drugi laserski sistem je sestavljen v vlakenski zasnovi, ultrakratki pulzi pa so rezultat preoblikovanja izvornih pulzov v dveh zaporednih Mamyshevih regeneratorjih. Nazadnje je prikazana še primerjava obdelav različnih materialov pri običajnem obdelovanju s pulzi pri konstantni frekvenci ponavljanja in obdelovanju s pulzi na zahtevo.

Title:Laser system with pulses on demand for micromachining
Abstract:
Micromachining with short laser pulses enables precise and efficient processing of various materials. With the right approach, it is possible to generate pulses at arbitrary times, which makes it possible to compensate for inadequacies in the scanning system. This work discusses a concept of laser system with pulses on demand for micromachining using two laser sources capable of generating pulses on demand with short durations, utilizing direct control of the laser pulse source, were used. One of the two laser sources is designed as a solid-state laser in which the pulses are generated using gain switching. The other laser system is set up in a fiber-based configuration, with the ultrashort pulses resulting from pulse shaping of the initial pulses in two successive Mamyshev regenerators. Finally, a comparison is made between material processing with conventional pulses at a constant repetition rate and processing with pulses on demand.
