Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava problematiko poplavne ogroženosti območja Ilovice v Ljubljani, ki sodi med najbolj ranljiva območja znotraj avtocestnega obroča. Naloga se osredotoča na oblikovanje urbanistične zasnove, ki temelji na treh ključnih principih: implementaciji modro-zelene infrastrukture, ponovni uporabi padavinskih voda ter arhitekturni prilagoditvi stavb z dvignjenimi pritličji oziroma gradnjo na stebrih. V nalogi je izpostavljeno vprašanje, kako lahko mesto z inovativnimi prostorskimi rešitvami odgovarja na vse pogostejše in intenzivnejše padavinske dogodke, ki so posledica globalnih podnebnih sprememb. Predlagane rešitve prispevajo k zmanjšanju škodljivih vplivov urbanizacije na vodni krog ter hkrati zagotavljajo varnost prebivalcev in kakovost bivanja na obravnavanem območju.

Title:Urban design of a neighborhood according to the principles of Blue-Green Infrastructureon the example of the Ilovica area in Ljubljana
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the issue of flood risk in the Ilovica area of Ljubljana, which ranks among the most vulnerable zones within the motorway ring. The focus is on developing an urban design concept based on three key principles: the implementation of blue-green infrastructure, the reuse of rainwater, and the architectural adaptation of buildings through elevated ground floors or construction on stilts. The thesis highlights the question of how a city can respond to increasingly frequent and intense rainfall events, resulting from global climate change, through innovative spatial solutions. The proposed measures help reduce the harmful impacts of urbanization on the water cycle while at the same time ensuring the safety of residents and enhancing the quality of life in the studied area.
