Abstract
Predlagani ukrepi in rešitve so usmerjeni v ponovno oživljanje podeželja. Alenke Fikfak in somentorstvom doc. dr. Janeza Petra Groma pri predmetu Urbanistično planiranje 3.

Title:
Vineyards, olive groves and blue-green infrastructure : reruralization of Motovun as a sustainable model for small towns
Abstract:
The study area is located in the southern part of the settlement of Motovun in Croatia. It forms part of an agricultural landscape characterized by vineyards and olive groves. This thesis examines the relationship between rural areas, agriculture, and tourism, while also exploring measures that enhance self-sufficiency and resilience to climate change. The proposed measures and solutions aim to contribute to the revitalization of rural regions. The focus is placed on a sustainable model for rural settlements, where urban lifestyles, agricultural practices, and tourism intertwine. A key element of the design is the integration of blue-green infrastructure at the level of individual buildings and its incorporation into a broader spatial concept. The thesis specifically addresses the application of blue-green infrastructure elements within a planned settlement in an agricultural area. It was developed under the mentorship of prof. dr. Alenka Fikfak and co-mentorship of doc. dr. Janez Peter Grom, within the course Urban Planning 3.
