Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem analiziral probleme in zahteve, ki jih mora vsak akreditiran laboratorij izpolnjevati za merjenje z brezkontaktnimi termometri. Laboratorij je za umerjanje brezkontaktnih termometrov akreditiran, ko ima vzpostavljen sistem kakovosti in ustrezne postopke v skladu z zahtevami standardov SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Namen diplomske naloge je analizirati kalibracijske zmogljivosti akreditiranih laboratorijev za umerjanje brezkontaktnih termometrov v Evropi in svetu in jih med seboj primerjati z merilnimi zmogljivostmi nacionalnih inštitutov, katerih zmogljivosti so potrjene z medlaboratorijskimi primerjavami in vpisane v BIPM KCDB bazo ključnih medlaboratorijskih primerjav pri Mednarodnem uradu za uteži in mere. V prvem delu je predstavljen standard SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in njegova vsebina (področje uporabe, zveze s standardi, izrazi in definicije, splošne zahteve,…), ter splošno o akreditaciji laboratorija. V drugem delu je predstavljena analiza kalibracijskih zmogljivosti akreditiranih laboratorijev za umerjanje brezkontaktnih termometrov, ter podana je moja sklepna ugotovitev.

Title:Comparability of calibration measurement capabilities of laboratories for non-contact temperature calibrations
Abstract:
This thesis analyses the issues and requirements that any accredited laboratory must satisfy when measuring with non-contact (infrared) thermometers. A laboratory can be accredited for the calibration of non-contact thermometers once it has established a quality system and appropriate procedures in accordance with the requirements of the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. The purpose of the thesis is to examine the calibration capabilities of accredited laboratories for the calibration of non-contact thermometers in Europe and worldwide, and to compare them with the measurement capabilities of national metrology institutes (NMIs). The latter are confirmed through interlaboratory comparisons and recorded in the BIPM Key Comparison Database (KCDB) of key comparisons maintained by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM). The first part presents the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard—its scope, relations to other standards, terms and definitions, general requirements, etc.—and provides a general overview of laboratory accreditation. The second part presents an analysis of the calibration capabilities of accredited laboratories for the calibration of non-contact thermometers, followed by my final conclusions.
