Vzdrževalni modul sistema za upravljanje proizvodnje

Abstract
Pri vzdrževanju proizvodnih procesov prihaja zaradi ročnih postopkov in nepovezanih sistemov do dolgih odzivnih časov, izgube podatkov in omejene sledljivosti. Diplomska naloga obravnava razvoj in uvedbo učinkovitega digitalnega modula za vodenje vzdrževanja, ki omogoča beleženje, sledenje in upravljanje z vzdrževalnimi zahtevki in nalogi, avtomatizacijo preventivnega vzdrževanja in analitiko ključnih kazalnikov uspešnosti. V delu so predstavljene vse faze razvoja, od analize obstoječih vzdrževalnih procesov do zasnove in optimizacije podatkovne baze in povezave z uporabniškim vmesnikom. Poseben poudarek je namenjen načrtovanju in implementaciji podatkovnega modela v Microsoft SQL Server-ju, ki omogoča strukturirano prijavljanje težav v proizvodnji. S tem smo zagotovili robustno hranjenje in dosledno obdelovanje podatkov ter učinkovito izvajanje poizvedb. Cilj rešitve je zmanjšanje napak pri ročni obdelavi podatkov, izboljšana sledljivost ter boljši vpogled v analitiko in učinkovitost vzdrežavnja. Rezultati implementacije modula v praksi kažejo na krajše odzivne čase, izboljšano preglednost vzdrževalnih procesov, zmanjšanje napak v podatkih in podporo optimizaciji procesov, kar prispeva k nižanju stroškov in večji učinkovitosti proizvodnje.

Title:Maintenance module in the Manufacturing Execution System
Abstract:
In the maintenance of production processes occur long response times, loss of data, and limited traceability due to manual procedures and unconnected systems. The diploma thesis discusses the development and implementation of an efficient digital module for maintenance management, which enables recording, tracking, and handling of maintenance requests and tasks, automation of preventive maintenance, and analytics of key performance indicators. The work presents all phases of development, from the analysis of existing maintenance processes to the design and optimization of the database and the connection with the user interface. Special emphasis is given to the planning and implementation of the data model in Microsoft SQL Server, which enables structured reporting of problems in production. With this, we ensured robust and storage and consistent processing of data as well as efficient execution of queries. The goal of the solution is the reduction of errors in manual data processing, improved traceability, and better insight into analytics and maintenance efficiency. The results of the module implementation in practice show shorter response times, improved transparency of maintenance processes, reduction of errors in data, and support to process optimization, which contributes to lower costs and higher efficiency of production.
