This thesis presents the development of a prototype web application for customer relationship management of a ski school. The problem addressed in the
thesis is the need for digitalization of administrative processes of a ski school,
which include management of lessons, teachers, students and customers. As
a solution, a web application was developed using Angular framework for the
frontend and Node.js with Express.js for the backend, while the database is
MongoDB. The application enables three different user roles with different
permissions and functionalities. The main contribution of the thesis is the
implementation of a prototype of acomprehensive CRM system that simplifies administrative processes of the ski school and improves user experience
