Foto popotovanje z Goričkega v Piran

V okviru diplomskega dela je bila zasnovana pot z Goričkega v Piran ter kot obogatitev samega projekta je bila izdelava fotoknjige, ki zajema zajete fotografije na tem potovanju. Namen diplomskega dela je raziskati in predstaviti potovanje skozi Slovenijo, po poti od Goričkega na severovzhodnem delu države do Pirana na jugozahodu, z uporabo fotografije kot glavnega orodja za dokumentiranje te poti. Foto-popotovanje si prizadeva ujeti geografske, kulturne in arhitekturne značilnosti, ki se pojavljajo ob in na tej poti, ter prikazati bogastvo naravne in kulturne dediščine Slovenije. Fotografije so bile orodje za kritično in estetsko interpretacijo slovenske pokrajine ter njenega odnosa do zgodovine, ljudi in okolja. Namen dela je s to zbirko fotografij prikazati pesem (delo glasbenika Vlada Kreslina) na zabavnejši in zanimivejši način in pot prikazati še drugače kot samo skozi pesem, ter navesti prednosti in pozornosti, ki jih takšno delo zahteva. Diplomsko delo sestoji iz dveh sklopov. V prvem sklopu se osredotoča bolj na teoretičen del glede digitalne fotografije, zgodovine popotniške fotografije in predstavnikov le te ter o dejavnikih, ki lahko vplivajo na zajem fotografije pri fotografiranju izven zaprtega prostora. V drugem sklopu se osredotoča bolj na uporabljeno opremo, ki je bila uporabljena na potovanju (Nikon D7100, iPhone 11) ter programska oprema uporabljena za urejanje slik in izdelavo foto knjige (Adobe Lightroom, Adobe InDesign).

• Title: Photo journey from Goričko to Piran

Abstract

As part of the diploma, a journey from Goričko to Piran was designed, along with the creation of a photobook as an additional component, featuring photographs taken during this trip. The purpose of the diploma is to explore and present a journey through Slovenia, following a route from Goričko in the northeastern part of the country to Piran in the southwest, using photography as the primary tool for documenting this journey. The photo-journey aims to capture the geographical, cultural and architectural differences that emerge along and on this route, showing the richness of Slovenia’s natural and cultural heritage. The photographs will serve as a tool for a critical and aesthetic interpretation of the Slovenian landscape and its relationship with history, people, and the environment. The goal of the work is to use this collection of photographs to present a song (a work by poet Vlado Kreslin) in a more entertaining and engaging way, to present the journey differently than just through the song, and to highlight the advantages and considerations that such a project entails. The diploma consists of two main parts. The first part focuses more on the theoretical aspects of digital photography, the history of travel photography and its notable figures, and the factors that can influence capturing photographs when shooting outside a controlled environment. The second part concentrates on the equipment used during the journey (Nikon D7100, iPhone 11) and the software used for editing images and creating the photobook (Adobe Lightroom, Adobe InDesign).
