Abstract
V magistrskem delu je analizirana dvoosna servo pozicionirna naprava TR-1000 z namenom določitve maksimalnih dopustnih obremenitev na nagibni in rotacijski osi. V prvem delu je bila izvedena analitična analiza posamezne rotacijske osi na podlagi tehničnih podatkov komponent, geometrije in osnovnih zakonitosti dinamike. Določene so bile dinamične karakteristike posameznega pogonskega sklopa ter maksimalne dopustne obremenitve. Na podlagi analize obeh pogonskih sklopov je v drugem delu izvedena analiza skupne obremenitve na celoten servo pozicionirni sistem ob upoštevanju vseh omejitev.

Title:Analysis of load limits and dynamic characteristics of a two-axis positioning device
Abstract:
In the master's thesis the two-axis servo positioning system TR-1000 was analysed with the aim of determining the maximum permissible loads on the tilting and rotary axes. In the first part, an analytical analysis of each rotary axis was carried out based on the technical specifications of the components, geometry, and fundamental principles of dynamics. The dynamic characteristics of each drive assembly and the maximum permissible loads were determined. Based on the analysis of both drive assemblies, the second part of the thesis presents an evaluation of the combined load on the entire servo positioning system, taking into account all relevant limitations.
