Abstract
V sklopu diplomske naloge sem se odločila preučiti uporabo skicirke v likovno-pedagoškem procesu. Raziskala sem, kaj je skicirka, kakšno je bilo mesto skicirke v zgodovini likovne umetnosti in kakšno je njeno mesto danes v umetniškem svetu, z več mediji in možnostmi izražanja, kot jih je umetnik imel na razpolago kadarkoli prej. Osredotočila sem se na pomen risbe kot primarnega likovnega področja, in sicer v povezavi s skicirko. Ob analizi lastne uporabe skicirke sem analizirala, kako služi študentu likovne pedagogike pri razvoju likovnih spretnosti in razvoju lastnega likovnega izraza. Po pregledu literature na področju uporabe skicirke kot pripomočka v pedagoškem procesu sem s pomočjo SWOT analize naredila pregled potencialov in predlogov za vpeljavo skicirke v pouk predmeta Likovne umetnosti v osnovni šoli.

Title:The use of the sketchbook in artistic and art pedagogical practice
Abstract:
As part of my thesis, I decided to examine the use of the sketchbook in an artistic and art pedagogical practice. I researched what a sketchbook is, its role in the history of fine art, and its place today in the art world; an environment with more media access and expressive possibilities than any artist has ever had before. I focused on the importance of drawing as the primary art field in connection with the sketchbook. I analysed my own use of the sketchbook and how it supports an art pedagogy student in developing both artistic skills and personal expression. After reviewing the literature on the sketchbook as a pedagogical tool, I provided an overview of its potential and offered suggestions for introducing the sketchbook into Fine Arts lessons in elementary schools, supported by a SWOT analysis. .
