Abstract
V magistrskem delu je obravnavan globoki vlek in njemu sledeči stanjševalni vlek aluminijeve zlitine AW5754. Slednji je pomemben postopek pri izdelavi tankostenskih kovinskih izdelkov. Poudarek je bil na identifikaciji vpliva različnih parametrov na izdelek, kot so debelina pločevine, trenje, geometrija orodja, vlečno razmerje in materialne lastnosti. Uporabljena je bila Taguchijeva metoda načrtovanja eksperimentov z ortogonalnimi matrikami, ki omogoča učinkovit zajem podatkov in zmanjšanje števila poskusov. S pomočjo numeričnih simulacij v Abaqusu so bili izvedeni eksperimentalni modeli procesa, rezultati pa analizirani z ANOVA analizo. Na debelino končnega izdelka so imeli največji vpliv vlečno razmerje, koeficient materiala in eksponent utrjevanja, medtem ko je na silo pestiča najbolj vplivalo vlečno razmerje. Rezultati prispevajo k boljšemu razumevanju vpliva materialnih in tehnoloških parametrov na končne lastnosti izdelkov iz pločevine.

Title:Influences on the sheet metal ironing of aluminium AW5754 alloy
Abstract:
The master's thesis addresses deep drawing followed by ironing of the aluminum alloy AW5754. It is the ironing process in particular that plays a key role in the production of thin-walled metal products. The focus was on identifying the influence of various parameters on the final product, such as sheet thickness, friction, tool geometry, drawing ratio, and material properties. The Taguchi method of experimental design with orthogonal arrays was used to enable efficient data acquisition and reduction of the number of experiments. Numerical simulations of the process were carried out using Abaqus, and the results were analyzed using ANOVA. The final product thickness was most influenced by the drawing ratio, material coefficient, and strain hardening exponent, while the drawing ratio had the greatest effect on punch force. The results contribute to a better understanding of the influence of material and technological parameters on the final properties of sheet metal products.
