Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje in razvoj celovite rešitve za opravljanje vzdrževalnih del in preprečevanje tveganja legionele v vodovodnih sistemih. Cilj naloge je bil, da obstoječe ročne postopke nadomestimo z integrirano digitalno rešitvijo, ki omogoča avtomatizacijo, boljšo sledljivost in višjo zanesljivost. Sistem je sestavljen iz zaledja v ogrodju Django, čelnega dela za administracijo v Reactu ter mobilne aplikacije v ogrodju Flutter, ki oskrbnikom na terenu omogoča izvajanje nalog in hiter dostop do podatkov preko QR kod. Razvili smo tudi prototip IoT senzorja s krmilnikom ESP32 za samodejno zajemanje meritev. Na koncu diplomskega dela smo delovanje celotnega sistema testirali s pomočjo testnih uporabnikov in predstavili dosežene rezultate.

Title:Development of a software solution for legionella control in public buildings
Abstract:
This thesis presents the design and development of a solution for performing maintenance work and preventing the risk of legionella in water systems. The goal of the work was to replace existing manual procedures with an integrated digital solution that enables automation, better traceability, and higher reliability. The system is composed of a backend in the Django framework, a frontend for administration in React, and a mobile application in the Flutter framework, which allows maintainers in the field to perform tasks and quickly access data via QR codes. We also developed a prototype IoT sensor with an ESP32 controller for the automatic capture of measurements. In the final part of the thesis, we tested the operation of the entire system with the help of test users, and presented the achieved results.
