Abstract
V magistrskem delu raziskujem različna razumevanja pojma napaka. Preko različnih filozofskih besedil in proučevanj izkoriščanja napak v azijskih kulturah in raznih umetniških delih skušam odkriti primere dobre prakse izkoriščanja napak in njihovega razumevanja v pozitivnem smislu.

Title:Researching the possibilities of controlling errors that occur during the process of melting glass in molds and designing luminaires that take advantage of identified errors in glass
Abstract:
In my master's thesis, I explore different understandings of the concept of error. Through various philosophical texts and studies of the exploitation of errors in Asian cultures and in various works of art, I try to discover examples of good practice in exploiting errors and understanding them in a positive sense. I support the theory in the practical part of the thesis, where I explore errors or phenomena that appear under certain conditions in the production of glass products. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the design of a family of lights that, due to the cracking of the mould, take on a unique and unrepeatable shape. In this, I do not perceive glass as a material in which I create, but as a co-designer of the final products.
