Abstract
V magistrskem delu je obravnavan problem energetske neučinkovitosti klasičnih načinov vodenja kompresorskih postaj. Razvit je bil centraliziran nadzorno-krmilni sistem na osnovi Beckhoffovega PLK-ja in vmesnika HMI z implementirano mehko logiko za dinamično prilagajanje obratovanja kompresorjev glede na tlak, trend spremembe tlaka in razpoložljivo moč. Sistem je bil preizkušen na realnem industrijskem sistemu stisnjenega zraka z dvema kompresorskima postajama. Izvedene so bile meritve pred in po uvedbi optimizacije z nadzorno-krmilnim sistemom. Rezultati so pokazali stabilizacijo sistemskega tlaka, zmanjšanje števila preklopov med obremenitvijo in razbremenitvijo, večjo izkoriščenost kompresorjev s spremenljivo hitrostjo ter ključno zmanjšanje specifične porabe energije.

Title:Development of a supervisory control system for energy-optimized operation of compressor stations
Abstract:
This master’s thesis addresses energy inefficiency in conventional compressor station control methods. A centralized control system was developed based on a Beckhoff PLC and HMI interface, incorporating fuzzy logic to enable dynamic adjustment of compressor operation according to pressure, pressure change trend, and available power. The system was tested on a real industrial compressed air installation with two compressor stations. Measurements were taken before and after implementing the optimized control system. The results demonstrated stabilization of system pressure, a reduction in the number of load/unload cycles, improved utilization of variable speed compressors, and a significant reduction in specific energy consumption.
