Programsko okolje Dalet Galaxy in analiza uporabniške izkušnje

Digitalna televizijska produkcija je odvisna od velike količine digitalnih in medijskih sredstev, kot tudi sočasnega sodelovanja uporabnikov različnih področij. Za učinkovito opravljanje teh procesov se uporabljajo različni namenski programsko-produkcijski sistemi, ki združujejo delo in upravljanje avdiovizualne vsebine z ustvarjanjem novinarskih zgodb in produkcijo oddaj, z možnostjo objavljanja končne vsebine na različne platforme. Uporabniška izkušnja je zaradi želje po minimiziranju napak v televizijskem programu ter optimizaciji in efektivnosti dela v kontekstu televizijske produkcije pomemben dejavnik. Diplomsko delo analizira uporabniško izkušnjo sistema Dalet Galaxy na Televiziji Slovenija s pomočjo ankete in intervjujev, zbranih rezultatov s strani uporabnikov ter obravnava možnosti izboljšave implementacije sistema. V prvem delu naloge je predstavljeno, kaj vse sestavlja programsko-produkcijske sisteme, nekatere obstoječe rešitve teh sistemov in vrednotenje uporabniške izkušnje. V drugem delu je naveden postopek raziskave in analiza rezultatov.

• Title: Dalet Galaxy software environment and user experience evaluation

Abstract

Digital television production depends on a large amount of digital and media assets, as well as simultaneous cooperation of users from different fields. For efficient performance of these processes, software production systems are intended, which combine the work and management of audiovisual content with creation of news stories and broadcast production, with the possibility of publishing final content on various platforms. User experience is a key factor due to the desire to minimize errors in television programming and to optimize and improve the effectiveness of work in the context of television production. The thesis analyzes the user experience of Dalet Galaxy at Television Slovenia using a survey and collected results from users and discusses the possibilities of improving the system implementation. The first part of the thesis presents what constitutes software production systems, some existing solutions for these systems and the evaluation of the user experience. The second part presents the research procedure and analysis of the results.
