Diplomska naloga obravnava problem pomanjkanja centralizirane platforme za pregled restavracij iz držav bivše Jugoslavije. Trenutno uporabniki ni majo možnosti učinkovitega iskanja ali pregleda restavracij na zemljevidu. Za reševanje tega problema smo razvili spletno aplikacijo, ki omogoča ročni vnos podatkov o restavracijah ter samodejno pridobivanje informacij iz Yo uTube videoposnetkov. Aplikacija vključuje iskanje, filtriranje, prikaz na zemljevidu, ocenjevanje in dodajanje mnenj. Ključni prispevek naloge je ra zvoj uporabniku prijazne platforme, zgrajene s pomočjo tehnologij Node.js, Angular in PostgreSQL, ki omogoča boljši pregled in odkrivanje lokalne ku linarike.

Abstract

The thesis addresses the problem of the lack of a centralized platform for browsing restaurants featured on YouTube channels from the countries of the former Yugoslavia. Currently, users do not have the option to efficiently search or view restaurants on a map. To solve this problem, we developed a web application that allows manual entry of restaurant data as well as auto matic retrieval of information from selected YouTube videos. The application includes search, filtering, map display, rating, and review submission. The key contribution of the thesis is the development of a user-friendly platform built using Node.js, Angular, and PostgreSQL technologies, enabling better browsing and discovery of local cuisine
