Abstract
Poplave avgusta 2023 so skupaj s spremljajočimi procesi transporta sedimentov in plavja močno poškodovale in uničile vodno in gospodarsko javno infrastrukturo ter zasebne in industrijske objekte ob potoku Bodoveljska grapa s pritoki, ki se v vasi Bodovlje izliva v Poljansko Soro. V magistrski nalogi smo analizirali poplavni dogodek na odseku Bodoveljske grape in načrtovali celostno protipoplavno ureditev. V ta namen smo postavili 2D hidravlični model, katerega rezultati so služili za načrtovanje protipoplavnih ureditev ter ugotavljanje njihovega vpliva na odtočne razmere. Projektne rešitve so obsegale ureditve struge in brežin ter izgradnjo zaplavne pregrade gorvodno od obravnavanega območja. Za ohranjanje načrtovane funkcionalnosti pregrade smo pripravili smernice za vzdrževanje. Predlagano celostno rešitev smo tudi ekonomsko ovrednotili.

Title:
Integrated flood protection solution for the industrial area along the Bodoveljska grapa : master thesis
Abstract:
The floods of August 2023, along with corresponding sediment and debris transport processes, severely damaged and destroyed water and public infrastructure as well as private and industrial facilities along the Bodoveljska Grapa stream and its tributaries, which discharge into the Poljanska Sora River in the village of Bodovlje. This master’s thesis analysed the flood event along a section of the Bodoveljska Grapa and proposed an integrated flood mitigation plan. For this purpose, a 2D hydraulic model was developed. The model results served as a basis for planning flood protection measures and assessing their impact on flow conditions. The proposed design solutions include channel and bank stabilisation works, as well as the construction of a check dam upstream of the study area. To ensure the long-term functionality of the barrier, maintenance guidelines were prepared. The proposed comprehensive solution was also evaluated in terms of cost.
