Abstract
V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo razvoj gradbene traktorske prikolice, namenjene transportu razsutega materiala na gradbiščih. Poseben poudarek je namenjen optimizaciji v primerjavi z obstoječimi rešitvami ter prilagodljivosti potrebam končnih uporabnikov. Pri razvoju je uporabljena razvojno-konstrukcijska metoda po smernicah VDI 2221, ki zajema analizo trga, določitev zahtev in specifikacij na podlagi uporabniških potreb, členitev delovnih funkcij ter sistematično vrednotenje konceptov po metodi VDI 2225. Najboljši koncept predstavlja izhodišče za dimenzioniranje prikolice ter določitev standardnih in drugih komponent. Predstavljeni rezultati vključujejo izbor najbolj obetavnega koncepta, analizo vseh glavnih delov po metodi končnih elementov ter izdelavo 3D modela, ki služi kot osnova za nadaljnjo izdelavo prototipa.

Title:Development of construction tractor trailer
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the development of a construction trailer for tractors, intended for transporting bulk materials on construction sites. Special emphasis is placed on optimization in comparison with existing solutions and on adaptability to the needs of end users. The development process is based on the design methodology following the VDI 2221 guidelines, which includes market analysis, definition of requirements and specifications based on user needs, functional decomposition, and systematic evaluation of concepts according to the VDI 2225 method. The most promising concept serves as the basis for dimensioning the trailer and determining standard and other components. The presented results include the selection of the most promising concept, analysis of all main parts using the finite element method, and the creation of a 3D model, which serves as the basis for further prototype development.
