Karakterizacija vzorcev, dobljenih pri reakciji Co(II) soli z nikotinamidom in trans-ferulno kislino

Abstract
V okviru diplomskega dela sem iz različnih izhodnih Co(II) spojin z reakcijami z nikotinamidom (nia = C$_6$H$_6$N$_2$O) in trans-ferulno kislino (FA = C$_{10}$H$_{10}$O), v množinskem razmerju Co(II) : nia: FA = 1 : 2 : 2, pripravila dve spojini. Vse reakcije so bile izvedene v topilu, ki sem ga pripravila z mešanjem etanola in deionizirane vode, v enakem prostorninskem deležu. Vse nastale produkte sem v nadaljevanju okarakterizirala z izbranimi metodami. Spojina 1, Co(A)$_2$(nia)$_2$(H$_2$O)$_x$ (x = 2 oz. 3; A = C$_{10}$H$_9$O$^-$), je nastala iz CoCl$_2$·6H$_2$O (Produkt 1), Co(CH$_3$COO)$_2$·4H$_2$O (Produkt 2), CoCO$_3$ (Produkt 3) in Co(NO$_3$)$_2$·6H$_2$O (Produkt 4). Spojina 2 (Produkt 5), [Co(nia)$_2$(H$_2$O)$_4$][Co(H$_2$O)$_6$](SO$_4$)$_2$·2H$_2$O, pa je produkt reakcije med CoSO$_4$·6H$_2$O in nikotinamidom.

Title:Characterization of samples obtained from the reaction of Co(II) salt with nicotinamide and trans-ferulic acid
Abstract:
Two compounds were prepared by reactions with nicotinamide (nia = C$_6$H$_6$N$_2$O) and trans-ferulic acid (FA = C$_{10}$H$_{10}$O) from various starting Co(II) compounds, in Co(II) : nia: FA = 1 : 2 : 2 molar ratio. All reactions were carried out in a solvent prepared by ethanol and deionized water in equal volume proportions. Both resulting compounds were further characterized using selected methods. Compound 1, Co(A)$_2$(nia)$_2$(H$_2$O)$_x$ (x = 2 oz. 3; A = C$_{10}$H$_9$O$^-$), was obtained from CoCl$_2$·6H$_2$O (Sample 1), Co(CH$_3$COO)$_2$·4H$_2$O (Sample 2), CoCO$_3$ (Sample 3) and Co(NO$_3$)$_2$·6H$_2$O (Sample 4). Compound 2 (Sample 5), [Co(nia)$_2$(H$_2$O)$_4$][Co(H$_2$O)$_6$](SO$_4$)$_2$·2H$_2$O, is the product of the reaction between CoSO$_4$·6H$_2$O and nicotinamide.
