Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem raziskovala možnost tvorbe soli med diatrizoično kislino in izbranimi nukleotidnimi bazami (adenin, gvanin, timin, uracil) z uporabo mehanokemijske sinteze. Poskuse sem izvajala tako, da sem z uporabo mlina optimizirala pogoje reakcije in ugotovila vpliv izbranih parametrov – velikost mlevnih kroglic, uporaba različnih topil in razmerje med reaktanti – na uspešnost sinteze. Kot ključna dejavnika za nastanek adukta oziroma spojine sta se izkazala prisotnost ustreznega topila in izbira nukleotidne baze. Ob koncu analize sem vzorce analizirala s pomočjo rentgenske praškovne analize (PXRD) in difraktograme primerjala med seboj.

Title:Mechanochemical synthesis of diatrizoic acid salts with nucleotide bases
Abstract:
In my bachelor's thesis, I investigated the ability of diatrizoic acid to form salts with selected nucleotide bases (adenine, guanine, thymine, uracil) using mechanochemical synthesis. I conducted experiments by optimizing the reaction conditions using a ball mill and determining the influence of selected parameters – the size of the grinding balls, the use of different solvents and the ratio between the reactants – on the success of the synthesis. The key factors for the formation of the adduct or compound were the presence of an appropriate solvent and the choice of the nucleotide base. At the end of the analysis, I analyzed the samples using powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and compared the diffractograms with each other.
