Abstract
Prehod toplote v sredino plošče je odvisen od načina stiskanja. Za izdelavo furnirnih plošč uporabljamo klasični in visokofrekvenčni način stiskanja. Različni mehanizmi prehoda toplote v sredino plošče lahko vplivajo na sorpcijske lastnosti. Za ugotavljanje vpliva načina stiskanja na sorpcijske lastnosti smo v laboratorijskih pogojih izdelali 7 slojne furnirne plošče in jih stisnili v klasični in visokofrekvenčni stiskalnici. Pri plošči, izdelani v klasični stiskalnici, se je debelina, masa in vlažnost vzorcev, merjenih gravimetrično, spremenila bolj kakor pri plošči, stisnjeni v visokofrekvenčni stiskalnici. Z merjenjem gostotnega in vlažnostnega profila smo ugotovili, da je vlažnost plošče, stisnjene po klasičnem postopku, večja v zunanjem delu, medtem ko je pri plošči, stisnjeni v visokofrekvenčni stiskalnici, vsebnost vlage največja v sredini. Po izpostavitvi vlažni klimi (20 °C in 85%) razlike med ploščama, glede na način stiskanja, niso signifikantne; ugotovili pa smo razlike glede na lego v plošči. Vlažnost zunanjih slojev je bila višja od vlažnosti srednjih.

Title:Influence of the plywood pressing method on its sorption properties : graduation thesis (higher professional studies)
Abstract:
Transfer of the heat to the middle of the plywood board depends upon the type of pressing. In a plywood board making process, the use of classical or high frequency heating is used. Different mechanisms of transfer of the heat to the middle of the board affect plywood sorption properties. To find the influence of pressing technique on sorption 7 layer plywood boards were made under laboratory conditions. The boards were pressed using classical or high frequency heating. By gravimetric measuring of density, it was determined that the changes in thickness, mass and moisture of the samples were larger at the boards made in a classical press than in those pressed by high frequency heating. Determining the density and moisture profiles of the boards shows the moisture of the boards made by classical procedure to be higher on the outside, while at the boards pressed by frequency heating the content of moisture is larger at the middle of the boards. The difference between the both types of boards exposed to wet climate (20 C and 85%) was not significant. The moisture quantity was higher in the outside layers than in the middle ones.
