Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to present the Pauline Monastery of Olimje, events in the wider area, the development of the Pauline Order, its management of the monastery, their arrival, the estates they owned, their way of life, and, finally, the dissolution of the Olimje Monastery as a result of the Josephine reforms.
