Abstract
V diplomskem delu opisujem celoten postopek načrtovanja merilnega sistema in vzpostavitve Tiger Optics Spark™ M7700 analizatorja, ki meri delež ogljikovega dioksida v plinih. Merjenje koncentracije ogljikovega dioksida je danes izjemno pomembno na več področjih. Nadzor emisij v tovarnah, termoelektrarnah, avtomobilski industriji in drugih industrijskih sistemih, ki morajo meriti ogljikov dioksid za dokazovanje skladnosti z okoliškimi predpisi. Namen načrtovanja merilnega sistema, ki vključuje analizator M7700, je, da bo mogoče izvesti primerjalno kalibracijo merilnikov CO2. Začetek zajema prva tri poglavja diplomske naloge, na kratko je opisan ogljikov dioksid ter njegove osnove, teoretično ozadje Tiger Optics analizatorja, opis bistvenih komponent, kalibracijski postopek ter delovanje in zmogljivost analizatorja Tiger Optics Spark™. Sledi natančen postopek načrtovanja sistema, njegovo teoretično ozadje in skladnosti s standardi. Predstavljeni so visokokakovostni ventili in njihova notranja zgradba. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge predstavim realizacijo sistema ter natančna navodila uporabe Tiger Optics Spark™ M7700 analizatorja v sistemu z umerjevalno komoro. Analizator je zelo občutljiv na zunanje vplive, zato je nujno treba slediti pravilnim korakom ob zagonu ter zagotoviti sledljivost in zanesljivost celotnega procesa. V zaključku pa so predstavljene opravljene izhodiščne meritve z načrtovanim sistemom.

Title:Establishment of a measuring system for measuring carbon dioxide in gases
Abstract:
In my thesis, I describe the entire process of designing a measurement system and setting up a Tiger Optics Spark™ M7700 analyzer, which measures the proportion of carbon dioxide in gases. Measuring carbon dioxide concentrations is extremely important in many areas today. Emissions monitoring in factories, thermal power plants, the automotive industry, and other industrial systems that need to measure carbon dioxide to demonstrate compliance with environmental regulations. The purpose of designing a measurement system that includes the M7700 analyzer is to enable comparative calibration of CO2 meters. The first three chapters of the thesis briefly describe carbon dioxide and its basics, the theoretical background of the Tiger Optics analyzer, a description of the essential components, the calibration procedure, and the operation and performance of the Tiger Optics Spark™ analyzer. This is followed by a detailed description of the system design process, its theoretical background, and compliance with standards. High-quality valves and their internal structure are presented. In the last part of the thesis, I present the implementation of the system and detailed instructions for using the Tiger Optics Spark™ M7700 analyzer in a system with a calibration chamber. The analyzer is very sensitive to external influences, so it is essential to follow the correct steps during startup and ensure the traceability and reliability of the entire process. Finally, the initial measurements performed with the designed system are presented.
