Razvoj in vrednotenje kreme z arganovim oljem in hialuronsko kislino

Namen naloge je bil proučiti možnost vgradnje različnih koncentracij arganovega olja v osnovno formulacijo kreme, brez vpliva na stabilnost le-te. Preverjali smo tudi vpliv zamenjave olja na stabilnost kreme. Nadalje smo v optimalne formulacije vgradili hialuronsko kislino. Formulacije smo organoleptično ovrednotili ter jim z metodo vzporednih plošč določili polmer razmaza v odvisnosti od časa.

• Title: Development and evaluation of a cream with argan oil and hyaluronic acid

Abstract

The aim of the diploma was to investigate the possibility of incorporating various concentrations of argan oil into a cream formulation without affecting its stability. We also examined the impact of substituting the oil on the cream's stability. Furthermore, hyaluronic acid was incorporated into the optimal formulations. The formulations were evaluated organoleptically and the spreading radius was determined over time using the two-parallel-plate method.
