Abstract
Hrup naprav predstavlja velik negativni vpliv na človeško telo. Za naprave, ki jih uporabljamo, se vedno znova išče možnosti za izboljšave oziroma zmanjšanje jakosti hrupa. V diplomski nalogi bo predstavljena raziskava o možnosti zmanjšanja hrupa sesalnih enot z uporabo laserskega mikrostrukturiranja njihove površine. Uporabljen je laserski sistem za izdelavo različnih vzorcev na površini gonilnika. Sesalnim enotam smo pomerili hrupnost in zračno karakteristiko pred obdelavo in po njej ter podatke primerjali. Pred primerjavo je bilo potrebno določiti še merilno negotovost merilnih sistemov. Sesalna enota je po obdelavi utorov na izhodni nadtlačni strani lopatice izkazala do 4 % zmanjšanje hrupnosti.

Title:Laser surface structuring of suction units to reduce noise
Abstract:
Noise generated by devices represents a huge negative impact on the human body. For the devices we use, we are constantly looking for opportunities to improve or reduce noise intensity. In this diploma there will be a presentation about the possibilities of noise reduction of suction units implemented with laser micro structuring on their surface. A laser system is used to produce various patterns on the surface of the driver. Suction units were measured to noise and air characteristics before and after processing, then I compared the data. Before the comparison, it was necessary to determine the measurement uncertainty of the measurement systems. One unit decreased the noise level by 4%, the unit had square modifications on the exit side of the driver surface.
