Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava nadgradnjo robotske celice za pripravo kave, ki avtomatizira procese z uporabo kolaborativnega robota in razvojem grafičnega uporabniškega vmesnika za njihov nadzor. Po opravljeni analizi obstoječega sistema in pregledu različnih možnosti izboljšave, je bila izvedena nadgradnja, ki vključuje integracijo grafičnega uporabniškega vmesnika z uporabo knjižnice Tkinter, izdelavo zalogovnika za lončke, ohišja za LCD zaslon, ki je povezan z mikroračunalnikom, ter krmilnega programa za premike robota v programskem okolju Python. Sistem uporabniku omogoča izbiro vrste in velikosti željene kave preko grafičnega uporabniškega vmesnika, ki nato ukaze posreduje robotu DOBOT CR3. Robot preko interakcije z ostalimi komponentami sistema pripravi željeno kavo, pri čemer samodejno izvede vse korake – od prevzema lončka do postrežbe uporabniku. Poudarek je bil na zagotavljanju odzivnosti, stabilnosti in usklajenosti posameznih komponent, kar je bilo preverjeno z izvajanjem testov. Vključevanje navedenih komponent je pripeljalo do izboljšane uporabniške izkušnje, višje stopnje avtomatizacije procesa in izboljšane zanesljivosti delovanja.

Title:Development of a graphical interface and a control program for controlling a robotic arm
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the upgrade of a robotic cell for coffee preparation, which automates the processes using collaborative robots and the development of a graphical user interface for its control. After an analysis of the existing system and a review of various improvement options, an upgrade was implemented, which includes the integration of a graphical user interface using the Tkinter library, the construction of a cup dispenser, a housing for the LCD screen connected to a microcomputer and a control program for robot movements developed in the Python programming environment. The system allows the user to select the desired type and size of coffee via graphical user interface, which then sends commands to the DOBOT CR3 robot. The robot, in interaction with other components of the system, prepares the requested coffee, automatically preforming all of the steps – from picking up the cup to serving the coffee to the user. The focus was on ensuring responsiveness, stability and coordination of the individual components, which was verified through testing. The integration of these components has resulted in an improved user experience, a higher level of process automation and enhanced operational reliability.
