Abstract
V nalogi obravnavamo problem izboljšave natezno-upogibnega testiranja gumenih kompozitov. S pridobljenim znanjem smo zasnovali napravo, ki omogoča ciklično upogibanje materiala ob konstantnem prednapetju vzorca brez povzročanja dodatnih nateznih sil med obratovanjem. Uporabljeno je bilo konstrukcijsko razvojno priporočilo VDI 2221, izvedeni so bili preračuni, izbor komponent in priprava tehnične dokumentacije. Naprava omogoča natančno in kvalitetno testiranje vzorcev gumenih kompozitov, kar pripomore k napredku raziskovanja mehanskih lastnosti gumenih kompozitov.

Title:Development of a test device for tensile-bending testing of rubber composites
Abstract:
In this thesis, we address the problem of improvement of tensile-bending testing of rubber composites. With the acquired knowledge, a device was designed that enables cyclical bending of the specimens with constant pre-tension, without causing additional tensile forces during operation. The VDI 2221 design development recommendation was used, functional analyses were performed, components were selected, and technical documentation was prepared. The device enables precise and high-quality testing of rubber composites, which to the advancement of research into the mechanical properties of rubber composites.
