Nepravilnosti na finančnih trgih: Skriti dogovori o menjalnih tečajih : delo diplomskega seminarja

V delu diplomskega seminarja bomo obravnavali vpliv Forex škandala na valutni trg. Najprej bomo predstavili delovanje valutnega trga ter analizirali ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njegovo dinamiko. V nadaljevanju bomo preučili Forex škandal, ki je leta 2013 pretresel globalne finančne trge. Osredotočili se bomo na vzroke, ki so omogočili nastanek škandala, in ukrepe, ki so jih regulatorji sprejeli kot odziv nanj. Analizirali bomo stanje valutnega trga po razkritju nepravilnosti in se kritično vprašali, kdo nosi odgovornost za dogajanje.

• Title: Irregularities in financial markets: Collusion over exchange rates

Abstract

In this diploma seminar, we examine the impact of the Forex scandal on the currency market. First, we present the functioning of the currency market and analyze the key factors influencing its dynamics. Next, we study the Forex scandal that shook global financial markets in 2013, focusing on the causes that allowed the scandal to arise and the regulatory measures taken in response. Finally, we analyze the state of the currency market after the disclosure of irregularities and critically assess who bears responsibility for the events.
