Kritična uklonska sila valovitih tankih plošč in cilindričnih lupin pod tlačno membransko obremenitvijo

Abstract
V delu je prikazan vpliv tlačne membranske obremenitve in posledično uklona ravne tanke plošče, ki izkazuje dober odpor negativnemu učinku začetnih nepopolnosti, vendar dosega nizke vrednosti kritičnih obremenitev. Slednje odpravimo z vpeljavo lokalne valovitosti (valovita tanka plošča), globalne valovitosti (cilindrična lupina) ali kombinacije obeh (valovita cilindrična lupina). Prek parametrične analize v programu Abaqus je bilo ugotovljeno, da pri tlačni membranski obremenitvi valovita tanka plošča dosega višje uklonske sile kot ravna tanka plošča, valovita cilindrična lupina pri dovoljšnem številu in amplitudi valov dosega tako višje uklonske sile kot odpornost na začetne nepopolnosti v primerjavi s cilindrično lupino okroglega prereza in nazadnje valovita cilindrična lupina enako kot valovita tanka plošča dosega odpornost na začetne nepopolnosti in hkrati višje uklonske sile v vseh primerih kombinacij valovitosti. Dokazali smo, da je z vidika uklonske sile in odpornosti na začetne nepopolnosti valovita cilindrična lupina najbolj ustrezna izbira.

Title:Critical buckling force of thin corrugated plates and cylindrical shells subjected to compressive membrane loading
Abstract:
This thesis shows the effect of compressive membrane loading and the resulting buckling of a flat thin plate, which exhibits good resistance to the negative effect of initial imperfections but achieves low critical load values. The latter is eliminated by introducing local curvature (corrugated thin plate), global curvature (cylindrical shell), or a combination of both (corrugated cylindrical shell). Parametric analysis in Abaqus has shown that under compressive membrane loading, a corrugated thin plate achieves higher buckling forces than a flat thin plate, a corrugated cylindrical shell with a sufficient number and amplitude of waves achieves both higher buckling forces and resistance to initial imperfections compared to a cylindrical shell with a circular cross-section, and finally, a corrugated cylindrical shell, like a corrugated thin plate, achieves resistance to initial imperfections and, at the same time, higher buckling forces in all cases of waviness combinations. We have demonstrated that, from the perspective of buckling force and resistance to initial imperfections, a corrugated cylindrical shell is the most appropriate choice.
