Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali postopek, ki je potreben za certifikacijo letalskega podvozja, da se ga lahko vgradi na letalo. Poudarek smo dali na pristajalna podvozja lahkih letal. Obravnavali smo veliko vrst podvozji, razlike med njimi ter razloge, zakaj obstaja toliko različnih vrst. Osredotočili smo se na podrobne opise ključnih pomembnosti pri načrtovanju, dizajniranju ter izdelavi naprav za testiranje. Analizirali smo tudi klasično aluminijasto podvozje ter opisali, kakšne so funkcije posameznih komponent ter zakaj je potrebno, da so na letalskem podvozju. Na koncu smo prikazali tudi preračun podvozja, ki se že vrsto let uspešno uporablja v letalstvu. Na primeru podvozja iz kompozitnih materialov smo predstavil postopek testiranja, pri čemer smo pojasnili pomen preizkusov kljub obstoju naprednih programov za simulacije.

Title:Analysis of the certification process and design of a testing device for aircraft landing gear load testing
Abstract:
In our thesis, we investigated the process required to certify an aircraft landing gear so that it can be installed on an aircraft. We focused on landing gear for light aircraft. We discussed many types of landing gear, the differences between them, and the reasons why there are so many different types. We focused on describing in detail the key importance in planning, designing, and manufacturing testing devices. We also analyzed a classic aluminum landing gear, and described the functions of individual components and why they are necessary on an aircraft landing gear. Finally, we also showed a calculation of the landing gear, which has been successfully used in aviation for many years. Using the example of a landing gear made of composite materials, we presented the testing process, explaining the importance of testing despite the existence of advanced simulation programs.
